Error: 'Could not start print job' attempting to print Calendar in iNotes using Acrobat Reader 6.0

Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering and was addressed in Domino Web
Access 6.5.1.

Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 6.5.1 MR fix list (available at
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus/):

Printing
SPR# MHKM5NE4JZ - Fixed a problem where users could not print the Calendar and
receive the error 'could not start print job' when using Adobe Reader 6.

Workarounds:
In the Adobe pane of the print preview dialog, click the Save button to save
the view as a PDF file. Open the saved file directly in Adobe Acrobat 6.0 and
print.

Use an earlier version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, such as Acrobat Reader 5.1.


Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Create an iNotes user.
2. Open your web browser and log on to iNotes Web Access.
3. Go to Calendar tab.
3. Click the Print button.
4. Click Print Preview.
5. Click the Print icon in Acrobat Reader .
6. When the Print window pops up, select OK. An Adobe Acrobat Reader message
pops up: "Could not start print job."
